Principal’s Message October

Principal’s Message October

Greetings, Bear Creek families,

It’s hard to believe September has come and gone!

We have certainly had a fantastic month at Bear Creek. By now, students have settled into their classrooms and learning spaces, fully immersed in relationship and community building. The engagement, rigor and fun of learning is palpable campus-wide and it’s inspiring to witness each day. This school year has so much in store and our entire team is excited to witness the growth and development of our students.

October promises to be a busy month, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We are looking forward to dynamic professional development centered on meeting the needs of all learners, school-wide events and opportunities for our students and families, as well as the continued creative and innovative approaches our staff, students and families bring to this school each day.

To that end, I would like to thank our families for the time, effort, and dedication in supporting our students and staff. It takes a village to kick the year off right, and what a village we have. Whether on campus, online, or through the work you do at home with your students, your active engagement in your child’s education is a key factor in our shared success.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our PTSA for the work they’ve done thus far to support this wonderful community. If you have not already, I encourage all families to become a member of our PTSA. The Bear Creek PTSA has a shared mission of supporting each of our students, staff and families and, through the collective efforts of this community, I am confident we can make that happen to an impressive degree. Folks become members of the PTSA by following the steps outlined on our PTSA website: Here

I look forward to a tremendous month of growth and celebrating the continued success of our wonderful students.
